Ben says that we need to get the FiServ mappings for the screens needed for Black Box.  To that end, we're stealing some code from SAM and creating a simple tool that will get the mappings from FiServ and save the results in XML and/or CSV.  Started creating a web app that will issue a FiServ field mapping request.  About 2/3 done.  Need to actually do the POST to FiServ.
