Back from vacation.  Will wade thru emails.  The plan is to work on CSA. We need to see if we can access the data via APIs and remove some of the manual steps.  Hersh request details on data access from Wright.  Will look at POI as a tool for manipulating the PowerPoint slides.  We use Office 2003 and POI 3.6.0 appears to be compatible with that version.  Wow, POI's API is complex -- probably because the Microsoft formats are complex.  It is going to take some time to figure out how to modify existing presentations and spreadsheets.
